The courier company is selected by the customer during checkout, through the e-shop system.
Delivery is carried out either to the address provided by the customer during checkout or, if selected, via pickup from the nearest courier branch in the customer’s area.
Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.
On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone containing the tracking number and shipment tracking details.
If, after receiving the SMS, there is no update or you have not received your order within three (3) business days, please contact us so that we can assist you immediately.
Our online store is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies, such as:
increased workload, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure.
