What is its nutritional value?
Apple cider vinegar consists mainly of acetic acid and is rich in vitamins, minerals, probiotics and enzymes. Contains β-carotene, calcium and potassium which remain unchanged during the fermentation process. In addition they contain a number of acids such as gallic, malic, caffeic and chlorogenic acid. Most of the effects of apple cider vinegar are attributed to the probiotics and acids it contains, when it is raw and sterile.

Use and healing properties
Daily consumption of 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar increases the production of bile acids and bile and enhances liver function. Bile and liver are essential for the metabolism of cholesterol and its breakdown. The result is that regular intake of apple cider vinegar helps regulate LDL cholesterol levels, thus reducing cardiovascular risk.

Uric Acid
Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid which helps in the separation and elimination of uric acid from the body. Apple cider vinegar also helps to restore the body's antacid adaptation while at the same time strengthening the cells.

Arterial pressure
The acetic acid of apple cider vinegar seems to have a positive effect even on blood pressure. In particular, acetic acid has been reported to reduce the pressure and activity of renin, an enzyme secreted by the kidneys that plays a very important role in regulating blood pressure.

After exercise
Mixed with water, it is used as an antidote for lactic acid and post-workout fatigue, as it provides potassium and other nutrients and valuable enzymes that help rebuild muscles.

Healthy and shiny hair
In addition to its cardioprotective properties, apple cider vinegar is also a hair cosmetic. Spraying the hair with apple cider vinegar is a natural conditioner as it makes the hair smooth and shiny. The acid in apple cider vinegar gives the hair a shiny shine. After shampooing, mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of warm water and pour it over your hair.

Apple cider vinegar is a liver and lymphatic tonic. Helps detoxify the body as it improves lymph and intestinal circulation, helps remove fluid retention and restores body pH. It is the ideal ally for those who want to detoxify their body and fight cellulite.

Antimicrobial action
Thanks to the high acidity contained in apple cider vinegar, it is an excellent and antimicrobial substance. It is used in vaginal washes to fight Candida but also internally in candidiasis, fungal infections of the skin and feet while it also helps in the treatment of urinary tract infections. In areas where there is fungus, wash with apple cider vinegar twice a day. After a bath or shower, apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to your armpits. Its natural antibacterial properties will kill the bacteria that cause body odor.

Teeth whitening
Like most acids, apple cider vinegar helps to remove germs from the teeth, ie the removal of dental plaque and the natural whitening of teeth. However, it does not want large doses, as it can lead to erosion of tooth enamel.

Oral solution
Mix a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with half a cup of water and use it as a mouthwash for bad breath and gingivitis.

Apple cider vinegar and weight loss
Studies have shown that people who consumed apple cider vinegar on a regular basis had significantly lower body weight. Its action is due to the high concentration of acetic acid. According to a study published in BMC Gastroenterology, apple cider vinegar delays the passage of food into the digestive system, helping you feel fuller - or longer after meals. This will prevent wrinkles and consume fewer calories. Apple cider vinegar causes a change in metabolism at the genetic level, resulting in weight loss. Enzymes and organic acids speed up metabolism and increase the rate at which your body burns fat, although no human studies have been done to confirm this claim.

Apple cider vinegar and diabetes
Studies have shown that apple cider vinegar intake lowers serum glucose levels, especially after meals, and improves insulin resistance in people with type 2 diabetes. Another study showed that apple cider vinegar delayed gastric emptying, leading to better postprandial glucose levels in people with type 1 diabetes. According to a study published in the Journal of Functional Foods, consuming 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before meals showed lower glucose levels

Thanks to the concentration of malic acid, its use in acne prone skin helps prevent and treat acne, while also removing oily skin. In addition, the malic acid it contains strengthens and accelerates the detoxification processes of your body, balances the pH of the skin, helping the pores not to clog.
