Ingredients: Chickpea flour (41%), heat-treated dinkel flour (39%), dried onion, translucent parsley, spices [salt, garlic, chili, ginger, coriander, cinnamon, cumin].
PREPARATION:
1. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add 250ml - 280ml Hot water, mix well.
2. Leave the mass for 15 minutes.
3. Shape the 4 burgers with wet hands and fry in preheated oil, in a frying pan, or bake in the oven.
