ΣΥΝΤΑΓΗ ΓΙΑ ΚΙΜΑ

Η συνταγή είναι για ολόκληρο το κουτί. Αν θέλετε την μισή ποσότητα, χωρίστε όλα τα υλικά στην μέση

Υλικά:

100g κιμά ηλιόσπορου

2 Κρεμμύδια μέτρια

4 Κουταλιές της σούπας ελαιόλαδο

3 Σκελίδες σκόρδου

1 Κουταλιά της σούπας αλάτι

250g Πολτός ντομάτας

1Lt νερό

Μπαχαρικά & Βότανα της επιλογής σας.

Παρασκευή:

1. Τεμαχίστε το κρεμμύδι & σοτάρετε στο ελαιόλαδο.

2. Προσθέστε το αλάτι, το μείγμα μπαχαρικών, το σκόρδο (πολτοποιημένο), τον πολτό ντομάτας και το νερό.

3. Ανακατέψτε καλά

4. Προσθέστε τα 100g κιμά ηλιόσπορου και μαγειρέψτε για 10 λεπτά

ΣΥΝΤΑΓΗ ΓΙΑ BURGER

Υλικά:

2 κ.σ. λάδι
1 κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
3 κ.σ. λιναρόσπορο + 3 κ.σ. ζεστό νερό
2 σκελίδες σκόρδο ψιλοκομμένες
76g κιμάς από ηλιόσπορο
1⁄2 κούπα ζεστό νερό ή ζωμό λαχανικών
( για τον κιμά)
1⁄2 κούπα νιφάδες βρώμης
400 γρ. κόκκινα ή μαύρα φασόλια
1 κ.σ. πάστα ντομάτας
1 κ.σ. κύμινο
1 κ.σ. καπνιστή πάπρικα
1⁄2 κ.σ. θαλασσινό αλάτι
1⁄2 κ.σ. μαύρο πιπέρι
3-4 κ.σ. vegan bbq sauce ( προαιρετικά)

Παρασκευή:

1. Ρίξτε 1 κ.σ. λάδι στο τηγάνι και τσιγαρίστε το κρεμμύδι για 3 λεπτά. Προσθέστε το σκόρδο και σοτάρετε για
ακόμα ένα λεπτό. Αφήστε στην άκρη.
2. Σπάστε τον λιναρόσπορο, προσθέστε το νερό και αφήστε το μείγμα στην άκρη.
3. Βάλτε τον κιμά από ηλιόσπορο σε ένα μπολ, ρίξτε το νερό ή το ζωμό και ανακατέψτε καλά.
4. Αλέστε τις νιφάδες βρώμης με τη βοήθεια ενός μπλέντερ. Σταματήστε μόλις γίνει σαν αλεύρι.
5. Μέσα σε ένα μπολ ρίξτε τα φασόλια, τη βρώμη, τον λιναρόσπορο, τον κιμά, τα κρεμμύδια με το σκόρδο, τη
πάστα ντομάτας, το κύμινο, τη καπνιστή πάπρικα, το θαλασσινό αλάτι, το μαύρο πιπέρι και ανακατέψτε
καλά με τα χέρια σας μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθεί το μείγμα. Αν είναι πολύ στεγνό ρίξτε λίγη bbq sauce.
6. Δημιουργείστε 4 μπιφτέκια και ψήστε σε αντικολλητικό τηγάνι-γκριλ με το υπόλοιπο λάδι. Προσθέστε λίγο
παραπάνω αν χρειαστεί. Ψήνετε περίπου 5 λεπτά από τη κάθε πλευρά.
7. Σερβίρετε με ψωμάκια, σως και λαχανικά της επιλογής σας.

The courier company is selected by the customer during checkout, through the e-shop system.

Delivery is carried out either to the address provided by the customer during checkout or, if selected, via pickup from the nearest courier branch in the customer’s area.

Shipping Time & Days

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and the courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Order Notification & Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone containing the shipment number (tracking number) and tracking information.

If, after receiving the SMS, there is no update or you have not received your order within three (3) business days, please contact us so that we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Delays

Our online store is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies, such as:

increased workload, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are as follows:

• €4.50 for delivery to your address.
• €4.00 for pickup from a courier branch.

The charge for the cash on delivery service is €1.00. Payments by card or IRIS are FREE of charge.

For orders over €50, you receive FREE SHIPPING AND FREE CASH ON DELIVERY.

Shipping is available within Greece only.
