Ingredients: Heat-prepared dinkel flour (41%), red lentil flour (19.9%), puffed amaranth (10%), dried carrot, spices salt, turmeric, curry, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, chili, dried parsley, dried onion, lyophilized pineapple.
PREPARATION:
1. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add 250ml - 280ml Hot water, mix well.
2. Leave the mass for 15 minutes.
3. Shape the 4 burgers with wet hands and fry in preheated oil, in a frying pan, or bake in the oven.
