✅Preparation method
For hot green tea
Boil water and let it drop to 70–80°C (not hot so it doesn't get bitter).
Place 1 teabag in a mug with hot water.
Leave for 2–3 minutes to extract.
Enjoy neat or with a little honey / lemon.
Tip: Don't leave it in the water for too long because green tea becomes slightly bitter if over-extracted.
For cold green tea (Cold Brew or Ice Tea)
Cold Brew – no boiling
Put 2 teabags in 1 liter of cold water.
Place in the refrigerator for 4–6 hours.
Remove the teabags and enjoy a cool, gently sweet green tea.
Ice Tea – quick version
Prepare 1 cup of strong hot green tea (2 teabags / 200 ml).
Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Optionally add lemon, mint or honey.
