Recipe for 12 servings
2 cups ground flaxseed
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 kg sea ​​salt
5 large eggs
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Spread non-stick paper in a 40x30 cm rectangular pan, grease it with olive oil and set aside. Mix the crushed flaxseed with the baking powder and salt very well in a large bowl and set it aside. In a bowl, beat the eggs, oil and water and beat for 1 minute, until fluffy. Add them to the mixture with the flaxseed. Mix the mixture well with a spatula. The mixture will be very fluffy. Leave it for 10 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to the pan you have prepared. Smooth the surface with the spatula and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden. When you take it out of the oven, carefully lift the bread together with the oil paste and transfer it to a grill to cool. Carefully remove the oil paste from the bottom of the bread and leave it for about 1 hour. Cut the bread into 12 square pieces. The bread can be baked in a toaster and kept in the freezer. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.

4. Add it to your smoothies.

Protein cake with oats and flaxseed (WITHOUT butter, sugar, flour!)
6 egg whites and 2 yolks
150 grams of oat flakes
3 tablespoons grated flaxseed
100 grams. coarsely ground walnuts
3 ripe fruits (eg apples and bananas)
1 vanilla
½ κ.γ. cinnamon
1 kg baking powder
4 tbsp. honey to pour over it (heat it first to make it more fluid)
1. Mix the ground walnuts with the flaxseed and oats. Mash the fruit in a blender.
Beat the egg whites, yolks, vanilla and cinnamon and mix all the ingredients, adding the baking powder.
3. Put the mixture in a silicone mold or in a mold covered with non-stick baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes. Before it cools, pour honey over it.
The result is quite unsweet. If you want it sweeter, choose either very ripe bananas or add 3 tbsp. brown sugar in the mixture.
