Use:
30gr from 1-3 times a day depending on the existing individual requirements. Also, pea protein can be used to replace part of flour in recipes, (eg 2/3 dinkel or zea flour and 1/3 pea protein) so that their final form contains more protein and less carbohydrate. It is also great in soups, smoothies, juices or whatever you want to use it.
Best recruitment time:
As with all vegetable proteins, so with pea protein there are some time intervals in the day that it is preferred to take:
1- immediately after waking up in the morning (as an ideal anti-catabolic agent),
2- immediately after the end of training (sport)
3- as a last drink before going to bed at night (for growth hormone production and blood sugar balance during sleep). However, its use is suitable for any time of the day.
When combined with the beneficial fatty acids of virgin coconut oil, its fat-dissolving action in the body and the stimulation of metabolism increase even more.
Add it to almond drink or other herbal drink of your choice, soups, smoothies, fruit and vegetable juices. For an even richer taste you can add nut butter, honey or agave syrup.
