Shipping Methods

Orders from our online store are shipped exclusively within Greece, using reliable courier companies.

Courier Companies

Orders are shipped via the following courier companies:

• Geniki Taxydromiki
• ACS Courier

The courier company is selected by the customer during checkout, through the e-shop system.

Delivery is carried out either to the address provided by the customer during checkout or, if selected, via pickup from the nearest courier branch in the customer’s area.

Shipping Time & Days

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and the courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Order Notification & Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone containing the shipment number (tracking number) and tracking information.

If, after receiving the SMS, there is no update or you have not received your order within three (3) business days, please contact us so that we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Delays

Our online store is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies, such as:

increased workload, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are as follows:

• €4.50 for delivery to your address.
• €4.00 for pickup from a courier branch.

The charge for the cash on delivery service is €1.00. Payments by card or IRIS are FREE of charge.

For orders over €50, you receive FREE SHIPPING AND FREE CASH ON DELIVERY.

Shipping is available within Greece only.

With your order, you will also receive a 10% discount coupon for your next purchases.

Payment Methods

In our online store, we offer safe and reliable payment methods, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Cash on Delivery

Your order is shipped to the address you provide during checkout and paid upon receipt.

• Payment is made in cash or by card via POS to the employee of the partnered courier company.

Cash on Delivery Fee

• For orders under €50.00, the cash on delivery fee is €1
• Free cash on delivery for orders of €50 or more

Payment by Debit / Credit / Prepaid Card

Card payments are processed through the secure Easypay system of :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}.

• Transactions are carried out in a secure environment provided by Piraeus Bank.
• You may use any debit, credit, or prepaid card, regardless of the issuing bank. A Piraeus Bank card is not required.
• Our online store does not store or have access to your card details.
• Security protocols Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and 3D Secure are supported, offering an additional layer of protection.
• Payments are made without any extra charges.

If any of the products you have already paid for by card become unavailable, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative solution or a refund.

Payment via IRIS

You can complete your payment easily, instantly, and securely through the IRIS service.

• No additional charges apply
• No card is required
• The process is completed via your banking application, with immediate transaction confirmation
• When completing your order with IRIS payment, the required payment details and a QR code will appear on your screen. You can scan the QR code using your mobile banking app to complete the transaction securely. The same payment details will also be sent to the email address you provided during checkout (please also check your spam/junk folder).

Important Notice

• The parcel may only be accepted by the recipient if the packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage or tampering.
• Opening the parcel before completing receipt is not permitted.
