Fennel seed is an aromatic and delicious seed with a green color and sweet mild taste and is used in many recipes. Suitable for spinach pies, cheese pies, chicken pies and all vegetable pies, pumpkin meatballs, octopus, salmon, sardines, cuttlefish, fish soups, legumes, magiritsa, burgers, chicken, bread, lari, boo, bread in minced meat, flavors the sausages, ouzo oil, olives and vinegar.
