Healthy hair and nails.
But what is sea buckthorn?

Sea buckthorn is the fruit of a shrub, whose name comes from the synthetic "horse", which is the horse, and "faes" which means glow.

According to historical records, in the time of Alexander the Great it was used as food for the army and as a booster for wounded people and animals. However, there are reports of the use of sea buckthorn in both Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic practices.

Why should we prefer sea buckthorn herbal capsules?

Sea buckthorn, due to its high content of fatty acids, has a characteristic sour taste, which characterizes it. for this reason many can not consume them.

Sea buckthorn capsules are a very good choice because we do not feel the sourness of the fruit, so they can be consumed much more pleasantly.

They are simple to take and completely natural.

The capsule shell (cellulose) is of plant origin
Why are these capsules so effective?

All parts of the plant, both the fruit and the leaves, contain bioactive ingredients. These capsules contain a mixture of all of these.

Due to its broad composition in nutrients, it was considered as a fruit with strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Sea buckthorn and cardiovascular health

Studies have shown that taking sea buckthorn reduces platelet aggregation in healthy individuals, thus preventing atherosclerosis, while it has been shown to improve cardiovascular function in people with ischemic heart disease. Some studies have shown that it has a positive effect on blood lipids even in people with hyperlipidemia.
