Chamomile seems to have three very basic properties.
anxiety,
anticonvulsant and
antibacterial.
Its last property is what gives Chamomile oil a special place among vegetable oils.
Chamomile oil is known to have a positive effect on irritable and very dry skin (dehydrated).
It seems to effectively fight the factors that cause skin "itching", local irritations and "redness". Chamomile oil "calms" irritated skin and protects it from local infections and fungal infections. It is also believed that Chamomile oil contributes to the treatment of tired, sore or "seized" muscles as well as to the relief (with a gentle massage) of rheumatic pains.
It relaxes the body and treats the "tightness" of the muscles that is a result of daily stress.

✅Internal use:
1-2 teaspoons, preferably raw, a day are enough to benefit from the properties of chamomile oil in your diet.
✅External use:
Face serum, before the cream, on a clean face.
Moisturize your body after bathing.
Apply a hair mask mainly to the ends and leave it on for a few minutes.
In recipes that require moisturizing oil, you can use chamomile oil.
