Τα φουντούκια είναι ένας διατροφικός θησαυρός καθώς είναι πλούσια σε θρεπτικά συστατικά. Επίσης είναι πλούσια σε θερμίδες, γι’ αυτό χρειάζεται ισορροπία και μέτρο στην κατανάλωσή τους.

Τα φουντούκια περιέχουν επίσης ικανοποιητικές ποσότητες βιταμίνης Β6, φυλλικού οξέος, σιδήρου, φωσφόρου, καλίου και ψευδαργύρου. Επιπλέον, είναι μια καλή πηγή ω-6 και ω-9 λιπαρών οξέων, σημαντικά συστατικά των κυτταρικών μεμβρανών που βοηθούν το σώμα μας να απορροφήσει τα υπόλοιπα θρεπτικά συστατικά.

Αντιοξειδωτικά

Τα φουντούκια περιέχουν σημαντικές ποσότητες αντιοξειδωτικών. Τα αντιοξειδωτικά είναι ουσίες που προστατεύουν το σώμα μας από τις ελεύθερες ρίζες οι οποίες οδηγούν σε οξειδωτικό στρες.

Τα πιο γνωστά αντιοξειδωτικά στα φουντούκια είναι οι φαινολικές ενώσεις, που έχει αποδειχθεί ότι βοηθούν στη μείωση της χοληστερόλης του αίματος αλλά και της φλεγμονής.

Μπορείτε, λοιπόν, να καταναλώνετε μια μικρή χούφτα φουντούκια 3-4 φορές την εβδομάδα όπως άλλωστε ορίζει και η Μεσογειακή Διατροφή, είτε σκέτα είτε σε κομμάτια μέσα σε γλυκά, σε παγωτά, στις σαλάτες σας ή στο γιαούρτι σας.

Ρόφημα φουντουκιού

Υλικά

• 300 γρ φουντούκια ωμά με τη φλούδα τους

• 1 λίτρο νερό

Εκτέλεση

1. Μουσκεύουμε τα φουντούκια στο νερό για τουλάχιστον έξι ώρες.

2. Βάζουμε το νερό και τα φουντούκια στο μούλτι και χτυπάμε ώσπου να πολτοποιηθούν.

3. Στρώνουμε μια καθαρή πετσέτα κουζίνας σε ένα βαθύ μπολ και αδειάζουμε το μείγμα.

4. Σηκώνουμε τις άκρες της πετσέτας και στραγγίζουμε καλά ώσπου να πάρουμε όλο το γάλα (τα υπολείμματα φουντουκιών που έμειναν στην πετσέτα μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν σε άλλες συνταγές πχ σε πραλίνα φουντουκιού).

5. Το ρόφημα φουντουκιού είναι έτοιμο και διατηρείται στο ψυγείο για 4 ημέρες.

Πραλίνα φουντουκιού

Υλικά

• 1 κούπα ωμά φουντούκια

• 1/4 κούπας νερό

• 3 κ.σ. κακάο

• 3 κ.σ. μέλι

Εκτέλεση

1. Ψήνουμε τα φουντούκια στον αέρα στους 160^ο C για 15 λεπτά, μέχρι να ροδίσουν.

2. Ξεφλουδίζουμε όσο μπορούμε τα φουντούκια και τα αλέθουμε στο μούλτι για 10 λεπτά μέχρι να αρχίσουν να βγάζουν το λάδι τους και να έχουμε ένα ρευστό μείγμα.

3. Προσθέτουμε στο μούλτι το κακάο, το μέλι και το νερό και ξαναχτυπάμε.

4. Η πραλίνα μας είναι έτοιμη!

Σοκολατάκια με φουντουκια

Υλικά

• 100 γρ φουντουκια

• 100 γρ κουβερτούρα ή σοκολάτα με 70% κακάο

• ξύσμα από 1 πορτοκάλι

Εκτέλεση

1. Λιώνουμε τη σοκολάτα σε μπεν μαρί.

2. Προσθέτουμε το ξύσμα από το πορτοκάλι και ανακατεύουμε.

3. Προσθέτουμε τα φουντούκια και στη συνέχεια φτιάχνουμε μικρά βραχάκια επάνω σε λαδόκολλα.

4. Αφήνουμε να κρυώσουν και απολαμβάνουμε!

Shipping Time & Days

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and the courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Order Notification & Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone containing the shipment number (tracking number) and tracking information.

If, after receiving the SMS, there is no update or you have not received your order within three (3) business days, please contact us so that we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Delays

Our online store is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies, such as:

increased workload, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure.

• €4.00 for pickup from a courier branch.

The charge for the cash on delivery service is €1.00. Payments by card or IRIS are FREE of charge.
