Αποξηραμένα Μανιτάρια Porcini 80g

Τρόπος Χρήσης / Οδηγίες Ετοιμασίας

1. Μουλιάζουμε τα αποξηραμένα μανιτάρια σε χλιαρό νερό για 15 λεπτά ή σε μπράντι/κρασί για 30 λεπτά.

2. Στραγγίζουμε και σοτάρουμε σε ελαιόλαδο ή βούτυρο για 1-2 λεπτά.

3. Σβήνουμε με ξηρό λευκό κρασί ή με το ποτό του μουλιάσματος.

4. Προσθέτουμε αλάτι και πιπέρι και τα χρησιμοποιούμε σε σούπες, σάλτσες, ριζότο ή φαγητά κατσαρόλας.

Extra tip: Το υγρό του μουλιάσματος, σουρωμένο καλά, γίνεται εξαιρετικός ζωμός μανιταριών για σούπες ή σάλτσες!

Προτεινόμενη Συνταγή: Ριζότο με Porcini & Παρμεζάνα

Υλικά:

• 20g αποξηραμένα μανιτάρια Porcini

• 1 φλιτζάνι ρύζι Arborio

• 1 μικρό κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο

• 2 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο

• 1/2 φλιτζάνι λευκό κρασί

• 3 φλιτζάνια ζωμός λαχανικών ή μανιταριών

• 2 κ.σ. βούτυρο

• 3 κ.σ. παρμεζάνα τριμμένη

• Αλάτι, πιπέρι

Εκτέλεση:

1. Μουλιάζουμε τα Porcini για 15 λεπτά σε ζεστό νερό και κρατάμε το ζωμό.

2. Σοτάρουμε το κρεμμύδι στο ελαιόλαδο μέχρι να μαλακώσει.

3. Προσθέτουμε τα μανιτάρια και το ρύζι, ανακατεύουμε καλά.

4. Σβήνουμε με κρασί και αφήνουμε να εξατμιστεί.

5. Προσθέτουμε λίγο-λίγο τον ζωμό (νερό + υγρό μουλιάσματος), ανακατεύοντας συνεχώς.

6. Όταν το ρύζι γίνει κρεμώδες, προσθέτουμε βούτυρο και παρμεζάνα.

7. Σερβίρουμε ζεστό με φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι.

Το αποτέλεσμα: Ένα ριζότο με έντονο άρωμα δάσους, πλούσια γεύση και gourmet χαρακτήρα!

The courier company is selected by the customer during checkout, through the e-shop system.

Delivery is carried out either to the address provided by the customer during checkout or, if selected, via pickup from the nearest courier branch in the customer’s area.

Shipping Time & Days

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and the courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Order Notification & Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone containing the shipment number (tracking number) and tracking information.

If, after receiving the SMS, there is no update or you have not received your order within three (3) business days, please contact us so that we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Delays

Our online store is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies, such as:

increased workload, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are as follows:

• €4.50 for delivery to your address.
• €4.00 for pickup from a courier branch.

The charge for the cash on delivery service is €1.00. Payments by card or IRIS are FREE of charge.

For orders over €50, you receive FREE SHIPPING AND FREE CASH ON DELIVERY.

Shipping is available within Greece only.
