Organic Carolina Rice - 500g
Carolina rice is white and meso-sperm rice that is widely used in Greece.
In our country it is produced mainly in the lands of Macedonia and mainly in the plains of Thessaloniki and Serres.
It is used for various foods, but is best suited for soups and baked foods.
Due to its ability to absorb fats it is considered ideal for pilaf that will not be drained.
It takes about 13 minutes to boil, while after 1-2 minutes it becomes softer.
It is also suitable for baked foods.
