How to use / Cooking suggestion:
1. Soak the beans the night before in plenty of water.
2. The next day, boil them for 10 minutes, discard the first water and continue cooking with fresh.
3. Add onion, carrot, celery, tomato, olive oil, salt and pepper.
4. Simmer for about 45–60 minutes until tender.
