Ρίχνουμε ένα κουτάλι του φαγητού σε ένα φλιτζάνι βραστό νερό και το αφήνουμε σκεπασμένο για 10-15 λεπτά.

Σουρώνουμε και πίνουμε 2-3 φορές την ημέρα, μετά το φαγητό.

Αν θέλουμε το γλυκαίνουμε με μέλι.
