Το χαρούπι βοηθά πολύ όσους είναι αλλεργικοί στην σοκολάτα.
Όταν υποκαθιστούμε το κακάο σε σκόνη με το χαρουπάλευρο μειώνουμε την ζάχαρη στην συνταγή κατά 2 κουταλιές της σούπας ( 25 ml) και αυξάνουμε το λίπος κατά 2 κουταλιές της σούπας (25 ml). 

ΣΥΝΤΑΓΕΣ

1. Ζεστό Ρόφημα Χαρουπιού (χωρίς καφεΐνη)

Υλικά (για 1 κούπα):

• 2 κουτ. γλυκού χαρουπάλευρο

• 1 κουτ. γλυκού μέλι ή σιρόπι αγαύης (προαιρετικά)

• 1/2 κουτ. γλυκού κανέλα (προαιρετικά)

• 250 ml φυτικό ή ζωικό γάλα της επιλογής σου

• Λίγο εκχύλισμα βανίλιας (προαιρετικά)

Εκτέλεση:

1. Ζέστανε το γάλα σε ένα μικρό κατσαρολάκι (όχι να βράσει).

2. Πρόσθεσε το χαρουπάλευρο και ανακάτεψε καλά με σύρμα ή αναδευτήρι μέχρι να διαλυθεί τελείως.

3. Ρίξε το μέλι, την κανέλα και τη βανίλια και ανακάτεψε.

4. Σέρβιρε ζεστό — θυμίζει σοκολάτα, αλλά χωρίς καφεΐνη!

2. Κέικ (ή Ψωμί) Χαρουπιού

Υλικά:

• 2 φλιτζάνια αλεύρι ολικής άλεσης

• 1 φλιτζάνι χαρουπάλευρο

• 1/2 φλιτζάνι καστανή ζάχαρη ή άλλο φυσικό γλυκαντικό

• 1/2 φλιτζάνι ελαιόλαδο ή λάδι καρύδας

• 1 φλιτζάνι φυτικό γάλα

• 2 αυγά

• 1 κουτ. σούπας μπέικιν πάουντερ

• 1 κουτ. γλυκού κανέλα

• 1 πρέζα αλάτι

• (προαιρετικά) ξηροί καρποί, σταφίδες ή κομμάτια σοκολάτας

Εκτέλεση:

1. Προθέρμανε τον φούρνο στους 180°C.

2. Σε ένα μπολ, ανακάτεψε όλα τα στερεά υλικά (αλεύρι, χαρουπάλευρο, ζάχαρη, μπέικιν, κανέλα, αλάτι).

3. Σε άλλο μπολ χτύπησε τα αυγά με το λάδι και το γάλα.

4. Ένωσε τα δύο μείγματα και ανακάτεψε απαλά μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθούν.

5. Πρόσθεσε προαιρετικά ξηρούς καρπούς ή σταφίδες.

6. Ρίξε το μείγμα σε λαδωμένη φόρμα και ψήσε για 40–45 λεπτά ή μέχρι να βγαίνει καθαρή μια οδοντογλυφίδα.

7. Άφησέ το να κρυώσει πριν το κόψεις.

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and the courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Order Notification & Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone containing the shipment number (tracking number) and tracking information.

If, after receiving the SMS, there is no update or you have not received your order within three (3) business days, please contact us so that we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Delays

Our online store is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies, such as:

increased workload, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure.
