It was used for centuries in Greece, Rome and China to relieve toothaches, enhance digestion and combat bad breath, while in medieval Europe it was known as a natural antiseptic. Today it continues to be a key ingredient in oral products, foods and natural remedies.
This oil is highly concentrated and should always be used diluted in a base oil such as almond oil, jojoba, olive oil, etc.
It is suitable for both external and internal use under strict instructions and with caution.
How to Use
⚠️ WARNING: Clove essential oil is very strong. Always use diluted.
1. External Use (Topical Application)
Dilution in base oil:
For body: 0.2% (2 drops in 50ml oil)
For rinse-off uses (oral): 0.5% maximum
Uses:
For muscle pain & rheumatism:
➤ Mix 1 drop in 20ml almond oil and massage lightly.
For toothache (externally on gums, do not swallow undiluted):
➤ 1 drop in 10ml olive oil and apply with a cotton swab to the gum.
For insect repellent action:
➤ Add 2 drops to diffusion or 50ml body oil.
2. Internal Use (Drinking)
Only very diluted and for a short time.
1 drop in 1 teaspoon of honey or in 20ml oil (e.g. olive oil).
Use up to 3–5 days.

STEAM BATHS-INHALATIONS

Face
For dull skin, add 2-3 drops of essential oil to boiling water to detoxify the skin and enlarge the pores, thus preparing the skin for cleansing.
For respiratory problems, flu and stomach ailments, pour 2-6 drops of essential oil in a liter of hot water and inhale for about a minute.

SPACE FRAGRANCES

One of the most beautiful applications of essential oils is their slow evaporation, when heated in water in a simple clay flavoring. They clean the area from germs, working disinfectants and antiseptics, from smoke and any negative energy. Also, inhaling their perfume, they have a relaxing and toning effect, depending on the oil we use.

BATHROOM

Water has many beneficial properties. With a few drops of essential oils, an immediate beneficial effect is achieved internally, by inhalation, externally on the skin as well as on the vascular system. Pour in a full bath 0-15 drops of essential oils, while in a small or half full bath 6-12 drops. The stay time in the bathtub should not exceed 20 minutes

FOOT BATH

In a bowl with 3-5 kg of water, pour 6-8 drops of essential oils. A warm foot bath in winter is recommended for cold feet and cool foot baths for swollen and tired feet. Foot baths have reflective effects on the body through the reflective zones.

HAND BATH

Likewise, foot baths reflect the whole body

COMPRESSES

In 1-2 liters of water, pour 4-5 drops of essential oils. With a linen cloth or cotton we make compresses:

Hot: for gynecological problems, rheumatism, nerve pain, cervical.

cool: for headaches, varicose veins, swollen irritated skin and inflammation.

AROMATIC WATERS

In 100ml of distilled water, add 20-30 drops of essential oils. Leave for 7-12 days in a dark place and then filter. Used in dermatitis, skin toning, eczema and irritations

PERFUMES

In pure alcohol add essential oils preferably.

INTERNAL USE

In cold tea without sugar or tea with honey or cold juice, add essential oils in an amount recommended for internal use by a specialized therapist.

MASSAGE

In 100 gr. Vegetable oil (base), add 10 drops of essential oil. Choose the right base and essential oils to mix, according to its properties.

HAIR

About 6 drops of essential oils in the rinse for hair loss, dandruff, weak hair, scalp diseases.
