Vitamin C is essential for:
the functioning of the immune system,
the production of collagen (structural protein of connective tissue) and therefore important for the health of the skin, bones and joints,
the absorption of iron that contributes to the formation of erythrocytes.
It is an antioxidant vitamin, essential for the proper functioning of the body and the health of the skin. Its main roles include the regulation of redox reactions, its participation in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, as well as in the formation of connective tissue. In addition, it affects the function of the endocrine glands, has a beneficial effect in cases of infection by infectious causes and protects fat-soluble vitamins from oxidation. At the same time, it is necessary for the effective functioning of the immune system, while it has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with meals.
