Several studies have investigated the levels of antioxidant activity that appear in white berries. They also contain known immune boosters, such as vitamins C and E. White berries are rich in anthocyanins, the colorful phytochemicals that are responsible for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Anthocyanins are thought to protect the heart, inhibit platelet aggregation and increase nitric oxide, and reduce the risk of hardening of the arteries. Research trials have shown the ability of anthocyanin to inhibit cancer cell proliferation and tumor formation. It has also been reported to help prevent nervous disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Another antioxidant found in white berries is resveratrol (present in red wine). Resveratrol exhibits similar protective properties to anthocyanin, but also activates the reduction of blood glucose and bad cholesterol (LDL). Mulberry extract has been found to be a potential treatment for obesity and type 2 diabetes. A major study suggests that resveratrol reduces fat storage in the liver. It is worth noting that this theory connects modern scientific studies with the ancient Chinese medicinal practice in which berries were proposed for the purification of this vital organ.

White berries contain vitamins, minerals and protective antioxidants. They have more potassium than a banana (776mg per 100g). A small amount of dried white berries cover almost 10% of the body's daily needs for calcium. It is also an excellent source of iron, a rare feature of berries, which is essential for the growth of the body and the production of red blood cells.

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and the courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Order Notification & Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone containing the shipment number (tracking number) and tracking information.

If, after receiving the SMS, there is no update or you have not received your order within three (3) business days, please contact us so that we can assist you promptly.
