Buckwheat or "black wheat" comes from Asia. It is a cereal with excellent nutritional value and much higher protein content (14%), compared to other cereals.

It does not contain gluten, so it can be used by people who are intolerant to it (celiac disease). It is very rich in B vitamins, vitamins E and K, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese. Helps lower cholesterol and stabilizes blood sugar levels. Research has shown that diets that contain it have been linked to a reduced risk of developing high blood pressure. Organic buckwheat also helps treat atherosclerosis, has a soothing effect on headaches and skin diseases. Strengthens the immune system and protects against disease

Buckwheat flakes are an excellent source of protein. Indicatively, we mention that the 100 gr. buckwheat contain 11-14 g. protein. It is rich in B vitamins and mainly in riboflavin (B2) and niacin (B3), in vitamins E and K, while it contains many minerals and trace elements (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, manganese, selenium and ). It also supplies us with enough fiber, as 100 gr. buckwheat contain 10 g. fiber, while it is a food rich in flavonoids, substances with strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.
Smoothie with buckwheat flakes and tahini chocolate
Materials:
1 glass of almond drink
1 pear
15 grapes
1/2 banana
3 dates
10 hazelnuts
2 tbsp. buckwheat flakes
1 tbsp. flaxseed coffee
1 tbsp. tahini cocoa
1 tbsp. Maple syrup
1 tbsp. grated coconut
2 ice cubes
Implementation:
I put the ingredients in the blender and mash. Add the ice and garnish with a little coconut and hazelnuts. Have fun!

Εκτέλεση:
Βάζω στο μπλέντερ τα υλικά και πολτοποιώ. Προσθέτω τον πάγο και γαρνίρω με λίγη καρύδα και φουντουκάκια. Καλή σας απόλαυση!

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination and the courier company. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Order Notification & Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone containing the shipment number (tracking number) and tracking information.

If, after receiving the SMS, there is no update or you have not received your order within three (3) business days, please contact us so that we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Delays

Our online store is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies, such as:

increased workload, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure.

Shipping costs are as follows:

• €4.00 for pickup from a courier branch.

The charge for the cash on delivery service is €1.00. Payments by card or IRIS are FREE of charge.

For orders over €50, you receive FREE SHIPPING AND FREE CASH ON DELIVERY.
